To achieve better delivery precision, we work hard to improve our internal processes. We have improved our control of what causes delivery delays and in the process found new solutions and improvements that we are implementing quickly. We work in a structured and systematic way to identify deficiencies and find opportunities for improvement that help us achieve our own quality targets and those of our customers.
